The company Estilo Artefatos de Madeiras Ltda., which includes in its mix of goods a wide range of products intended to food contact, especially in the area of ice cream parlors, by trying to stand out from its competitors, has searched for options that may put it on the spot before customers. Thus, it has been certified by ISO 22000, where it reached the desired condition.
In the year of 2013 the audits and improvements which have assured the ISO 22000:2006 certification were carried out. Soon after that, in the year of 2014, the company obtained the PAS 223:2011, which completed the certification for Estilo Artefatos de Madeiras Ltda, in the city of Guarapuava in the State of Paraná.
Due to the increasing demand, on March 2017, it was necessary to change the certification of Food Safety Management System FSSC 22000, which is an ISO basic food safety standard, transparent, holistic and independent, widely acceptable at international level. The whole supply chain is included in a sole certification, by making the Food Safety Management System FSSC 22000, the most comprehensive and accessible one currently available in the market. Such Standard incorporates the existing rules, including ISO 22000:2005, PPR’s specific for the sector, that is, ISO / TS 22002-4:2013 and HACCP. The FSSC 22000 is property of an independent non-profit organization and it is totally approved by the Global Food Standard Initiative (GFSI).
